UNDERSTAND THE TOTAL COST
We Help You Work Through the Import Costs
The price of the vehicle is only one part of getting it to Zimbabwe. Before you commit to a purchase, we work through the main costs that need to be considered.
- Vehicle purchase price
- Shipping and freight
- Insurance
- Customs valuation
- Applicable customs duties and taxes
- Clearance-related charges
- Registration-related costs
- Inland transportation
The final amount depends on the specific vehicle, its value, origin, specification and the applicable requirements. ZIMRA may also reassess the value of a used vehicle where the declared value does not reflect its accepted customs value.
When you request a vehicle through Satozim, we work through the relevant cost components with you so you have a clearer picture of the transaction before proceeding.
